Free shipping

All orders within the United States ship free. No minimum.

Processing & delivery times

• Processing: 1-2 business days.
• US delivery: 2-6 business days after dispatch. Most orders ship from our US fulfillment partners.
• Canada, UK & EU: 7-15 business days. Any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

During peak season (November-December) delivery may take 2-3 additional days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Multiple items

If you order more than one product, items may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each package.

Address changes

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address. After dispatch we cannot redirect packages.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, email support@brezee.com within 7 days and we will send a replacement or refund.
